The experiences we have in life, shape the way we perceive and manage our emotions and relationships. Often the ways in which we develop to help us cope may result in added stress, and may have a negative impact on our relationships as well as our ability to function in other important areas of our lives.

In working together, I assist clients to develop an understanding of who they are and where their difficulties may come from, as well as the impact that it may have on their lives. Through exploring and facilitating a deeper understanding of ones self, new ways of responding to situations may emerge which alleviates suffering and enables us to better cope with every day life.
